What to expect and who is it for?
Discover Czech culture, traditions, and habits through your taste buds!
This experience combines food tasting, wine tasting, and hands-on cooking of three simple yet very traditional meals. It ends with a hearty Czech main dish prepared by us in advance. Throughout, we’ll talk about the origins of the dishes, Czech customs, and how our cuisine has evolved over the past few hundred years. We’ll share the stories behind the food, the traditions of Czech cooking, and the cultural context that makes it so special. We see food as a powerful communication tool — a way to explore the world and create new friendships. We look forward to meeting new friends and sharing fun, food, and culture with you!
The event takes place in our cozy, homey studio and lasts approximately 3 hours. We usually start at 6 PM or 7 PM, but other times are available upon request.
This experience can be adapted to various dietary needs and allergies.
It’s suitable for teens and adults of all ages — perfect for solo travelers or private gatherings.
The atmosphere is relaxed and easygoing, with just the right amount of cooking so you won’t feel overwhelmed, and just enough learning to get a real feel for what Czech cuisine is all about.

What you will taste, cook and eat?
We start with a tasting of typical Czech delicacies such as cheeses, sausages, and homemade products like jams, pickles, and bread. Throughout the experience, we also sample three Czech wines or offer homemade lemonades, herbal infusions, and other non-alcoholic drinks.
Together, we prepare three simple yet traditional Czech dishes: bread dumplings, fruit dumplings or Kremrole, and potato–sauerkraut pancakes. The main dish is pre-cooked by us in advance.
We finish the experience with a relaxed, seated dinner, where we serve the bread dumplings alongside the selected main course, followed by dessert.
The main course can be one of several traditional Czech dishes: beef goulash, svíčková, roasted duck, baked rabbit, beef with mushrooms, or a vegan prejt, if preferred.
